Terms and Conditions for PartyBusBoss

You are a valued customer of LuxMotoRental’s Party Bus and we want you to have a great time on our bus. To ensure the future of our business & morale we have established the following terms and conditions. Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees, others, and equipment. By placing a reservation with S LuxMotoRental’s Party Bus (The Provider) you (The Customer) acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions.

1. DEPOSIT/CREDIT CARD ON FILE:

All reservations will require a $200 deposit that must be received to hold reservation. The Customer agrees to provide a credit card number to have on file until the conclusion of the party. This card will not be charged for services unless authorized by Customer, OR A) Customer is a no-show, or B) Provider determines that damage has been caused to the bus, as outlined (See Damage Fees/Violations on next page). The conclusion of the party is defined as reaching the agreed-upon end time and an inspection of the bus by Provider. We do allow cancelations for 72 hours before the reservation time and date.

2. RESERVATIONS

Services are not considered reserved until Provider receives the completed & signed Reservation Contract, photo of ID and $200 booking deposit. Please text or call (305) 400-0356, email [email protected], or facebook message us to make reservations.

3. RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS / CHANGES:

Hourly Reservation / Overtime: Modifications to a reservation are allowed but not guaranteed – depends on vehicle availability. Please ask your chauffeur if it is possible extend the reserved time. Requests do not guarantee changes, however, efforts will be made to accommodate requests. Hourly charges apply. Reservation Cancellation: Cancellation within one week prior to the pick-up time will result in full charge; two weeks prior will result in a 50% charge to the credit card on file. We have a NO cancellation policy for Fridays, Saturdays and all major holidays. Deposit is non-refundable.

4. PAYMENT:

Full payment, minus the applied booking deposit, is due before party can begin. Accepted payment

forms include:

  • Cash.
  • Credit/Debit Cards. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to each credit/debit card transaction

4. RESPONSIBILITIES

The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred, including, but not limited to vomit/sickness, upholstery damage, electronics damage, etc. (See Damage Fees/ Violations of Terms of Agreement in section 15)

5. PARKING FEES AND TOLLS

All tolls and parking fees are in addition to the contract price and must be paid by Customer.

6. TERMINATION

Provider/Chauffeur reserves the right to terminate any transportation reservation/service, without refund, should the chauffeur deem that the Customer and/ or the Party of the Customer is putting the chauffeur, bus or Customer(s) in any danger of injury or damage. Please be respectful to the chauffeur, refrain from the use of foul language to him/her, and any unacceptable and unruly behavior. In addition, the Provider reserves the right to

7. LOST OR STOLLEN ITEMS

Provider is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, forgotten belongings on our vehicle or the disposal of the same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. If an item is found, the main contact person who make the reservation will be contacted.

8. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES / MATERIALS PROHIBITED

If the Customer and/or party of the Customer are in possession of any illegal material and/or illegal substances the service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. Provider then reserves the right to return the renting

party to the original pick up location or to drop off the renting party at any safe location due to the above infractions.

9. UNCONTROLLED INSTANCES

Provider is not responsible for acts of God and/or circumstances that are beyond our control, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather delays, mechanical problems/ breakdown, etc.

10. NO SMOKING ON BUS

NO SMOKING ON BUS. No exceptions. Violation will result in a $100 fine per incident to credit card on file.

11. INJURIES

LuxMotoRental’s Party Bus Sevens Party Bus will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to, but not limited to, guest horse play while the vehicle is in motion or at standstill. The purchaser on this contract is responsible for his/her guests at all times of transportation service.

12. DRINK RESPONSIBLY

Please drink responsibly. Please refrain from excessive over consumptions of alcohol. We want our Customers to have fun but we want our guests be safe on the excursion.

13. UNDERAGE DRINKING IS PROHIBITED

No alcohol is allowed for passengers under the age of 21. Should underage drinking be discovered, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately and either return all passengers to the original pick up location or to call the parents to

pick up the minors at a specified safe location. There will be no refunds on unused time remaining on the reservation.

14. ENTERTAINMENT

All entertainment including but not limited to CDs and may be provided by the Customer. LuxMotoRental’s Party Bus provides an auxiliary port for music hookup and flat screen TV for your use. Due to the nature of our business, we do not guarantee TV and equipment will be operable at the time of your event. If bringing additional entertainment, please clear with the Provider prior.

15. DAMAGE FEES / VIOLATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Charges will apply for damage made to vehicle. As stated, the Customer whose Credit Card is held on file is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred, including, but not limited to vomit/ sickness, upholstery damage, electronics damage, etc. No exceptions.The Customer agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may occur:

$20 Broken Glassware Fine

$100 Smoking Fine Per Incident. No exceptions.

$200 Minimum for Each Burn Hole, Rip/Tear to Upholstery/Damage to Floor of Bus

$200 Cleaning Surcharge for Bodily Fluid Excretions

$150 Due to Sickness on Exterior of Bus (wash/wax)

$150 Due to Sickness on Interior of Bus (shampoo & disinfecting)

$200 Minimum Fine for Acts of Vandalism

$200 Minimum Fine for Electronic Damage to Television, Lighting or Sound System

16. TRUTHFUL & ACCURATE

Customer hereby affirms that all information provided by Customer to Provider is truthful and accurate. Customer agrees that Provider will not be liable for any act or omission caused by or based upon inaccurate or misrepresented information. LuxMotoRental’s Party Bus reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to change, modify and or remove any portion of this Terms & Conditions Rental Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
